From barrel to bottle
We’re fortunate to have a built up an inventory of mature whiskey from which we can choose barrels. Our distilling team tastes through mature barrels aging in rickhouses upstate, compare notes and decide if a barrel is destined for either a Single Barrel, a branded blend or if it would benefit from more time aging.
