Jaywalk bonded is a 9 year old whisky created by selecting and blending 5-10 of the finest casks from a single growing season and bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof). 

The Rye from each season will have slight variances, but Bonded is always Rich and full on the palate with a joyous interplay between gentle spice of pink peppercorn ripe tropical sensation of and peach dried mango. A soft amber honey on the nose.
